At Talia Voyages, we strive to provide high-quality Travel Essentials, Hiking Gear, Luggage Bags, and Tech Accessories to enhance your travel experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and refund policy to ensure customer satisfaction. Please read the following terms carefully.

Returns Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all accessories and tags attached.
  • Return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Certain items, such as personal care products, custom orders, and electronics with tampered seals, are non-returnable for hygiene and security reasons.

How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Our team will review your request and provide return shipping instructions if your request is approved.
  3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refund Policy

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued in the form of store credit or to your original payment method (where applicable).
  • If an item is returned in unsuitable condition (damaged, used, or missing parts), we reserve the right to reject the refund request.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected] with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired product.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Used or damaged products (unless defective upon arrival).
  • Clearance or final sale items.
  • Personal care and hygiene-related products.
  • Electronics with broken or missing seals.
